His journey in the world of draperies and blinds began by working with his mother and her husband in their established drapery business. Starting as an apprentice, Dean learned the ins and outs of installing and repairing blinds and draperies, later taking over sales and installations.
Over the years, Dean honed his skills through collaborations with designers and customers from across the country. His expert touch was evident in the installation of hundreds of draperies and thousands of blinds from renowned brands such as Hunter Douglas, Graber, Levolor, Bali, and more. Dean’s expertise extended beyond installation; he became adept at fixing and repairing drapery rods and mending damaged draperies.
After years of dedicated service, it was time for a change. Both of Dean’s sons had relocated to Arizona for new careers, prompting the family to join them. In 2020, the Montana business was sold, and the Anderson family relocated to Mesa. Dean continued to pursue his passion by working for various companies in the area.
